“Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, but to dance in the rain.”

- Winnie The Pooh

Actor. Writer.

Carrington is originally from Detroit, and was raised from scratch by the city, her mamas, and her sisters. She has brothers- they are pretty cool too. Her home may have given her her scratch-and-steel but New York gave her her heart.

Living in two major cities, Carrington found her passion in people, and the stories that come along with them. Whether it be a fantasy, a comedy, or a tragedy, she wants to tell the tale.

Carrington completed the William Esper Two Year Meisner Program that will serve to propel and bolster her passion for Acting, Story, and Movement for the rest of her life.

As an Actor and Writer, Carrington has a love for stories of all shapes, but is most excited by those that allow the audience to dance with the familiar flame of childhood for even just a moment.

When Carrington isn’t Acting or Writing, she sings with the New York Choir Projects in both Alto and Soprano- but between you and me? She makes for a much better Alto.

She also grew up dancing, and when her grouchy meniscus allows her to she still dabbles in some Jazz & Hip-Hop. Otherwise, she may just be in Astoria knitting (bad) scarves for her friends and cuddling with her dog, Mr. Grapes.
